People Wellness Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct therapy to individuals with autism. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of our clients and their families through evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Provide direct therapy and support to individuals with autism in various settings (home, school, community). Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff. Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress reports. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred). Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Job Type: Part-time Pay: $76,807.60 - $92,499.48 per year Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits:
