About The Position

Job Title: Physician Profession: Physician Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM Experience: Board-eligible or board-certified in internal medicine, family medicine, or emergency medicine License: Ohio license required Certifications: Healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification required; Drug Enforcement Administration certification preferred Must-Have: - Experience in primary care - Availability for part-time hours (24-30 hours/week) - Flexible schedule based on facility needs - No on-call coverage required - Weekday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays Description: We are seeking a qualified physician to provide on-site services to an incarcerated population. The position involves working part-time, focusing on primary care. The schedule is flexible and primarily during weekdays. Assignment may last for at least six months if the physician is a good fit. Interviews will include both a phone screening and an on-site meeting. Credentialing documentation will be required prior to the start of the assignment. Candidates should be prepared to supply necessary health and drug test documents if an offer is made.
