Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Training & Engagement Supervisor to join our Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN). The Training & Engagement Supervisor is responsible for supervising and providing case direction to a team of CPS Mentors and new CPS caseworkers. The Training & Engagement Supervisor alongside the CPS Mentors will be responsible for training new Child Protection Specialist (CPS) staff, assessing their competency level, and creating individual development plans specific to their training needs. This position is responsible for educating current staff on changes in practice, policies, and procedures. This position is responsible for coordinating shadowing experiences and communicating with the assigned on-going supervisor. This position will act as a floating supervisor, cover for supervisors during leave of absences, and as needed or directed by the Associate Director/Director.

Qualifications
Who you are:
You have a bachelor's degree in human services; master's degree preferred.
Experience Requirement:
Bachelor's with four years of CPS experience.
Master's with two years of CPS experience.
You are Ohio CORE trained.
You have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
