Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Utilization Management Coordinator. The Utilization Management Coordinator is to facilitate case planning and review process with families, providers, support personnel, foster parents, and community support. The position is responsible for identifying family strengths, goals, and progress within a team setting. The Utilization Management Coordinator is to facilitate Team Decision Making (TDM) Meetings. These meetings include family members, support personnel, providers, and any other support the family would like to include for all decisions involving child removal, change of placement, reunification, or other permanency plans.

What You'll Do:
Facilitate meetings including, but not limited, to initial TDM, including SAR, disruptions, and permanency planning.
Prepare and maintain accurate, concise narrative on documentation and records of all children and families receiving services.
Engage in communication with children and adolescents in a nurturing and emotionally safe manner. Ability to assess situations, identify risk, and develop effective solutions
Develop collaborative relationships with providers of services tailored to the needs of culturally diverse healthcare consumers and family members.

Qualifications
Who You Are:
You have a Bachelor's degree in social and/or behavioral science (required); Master's preferred
You have at least 18 months of experience in delivering social/human services in addition to previous experience facilitating meetings that involve members from diverse cultures and life experiences. Prefer experience within the child welfare system or related social system
You have a valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance
