About The Position

Job Title: Psychiatrist Profession: Psychiatry Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 13 months Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Ohio-licensed psychiatrist Certifications: Board eligible or certified, healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (if available) Must-Have: - Board-eligible or board-certified psychiatrist - On-site services for male incarcerated population - Flexible schedule based on facility needs - Meet with 12-16 patients per shift - Assignment may lead to permanent hire - Phone interview and on-site meeting/tour required Description: Seeking a board-eligible or board-certified psychiatrist to provide on-site services on a part-time basis. Work hours will be flexible, typically between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The selected psychiatrist will meet with 12-16 patients during each 8-hour shift. Assignment will last at least 6 months if a good fit is found. Both a phone interview and an on-site meeting/tour will be required. A comprehensive resume that includes education, training, and complete work history must be submitted. Submission of an Ohio license, BLS/CPR certification, and board certification is necessary. If available, a Drug Enforcement Administration certification should also be submitted. If an offer is extended, drug and TB test documents will need to be supplied prior to the start date.
