As an FSQA Technician, you’ll be on the front line of ensuring the safety and quality of our food products. Your work will directly impact our compliance with USDA/HACCP standards, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do
Monitor USDA, HACCP, and sanitation regulations through pre-op and operational inspections
Drive incident and complaint investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Execute FSQA policies and ensure quality standards are met across departments
Balance 80% hands-on work on the production floor with 20% admin and reporting duties

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Mindset
1–2 years of experience in food safety or quality (degree in Bio/Chem/Food Science a plus)
Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working with multiple departments daily
Detail-oriented with follow-through — you own your tasks and see them through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HACCP and SAP experience are nice to have
