OCH Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Architect highly skilled in providing expert-level architectural guidance and support to management and technical staff. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in contingency contracting and systems architecture and will play a key role in developing architectural products and deliverables that align with enterprise and operational objectives.

Core Responsibilities & Duties
· Provide high-level architectural expertise to support enterprise-wide initiatives and business line operations.
· Develop architectural artifacts and deliverables that support strategic objectives and technology integration.
· Advise senior leadership on technology procurement strategies with a focus on data processing, storage, access, and application development.
· Define and establish functional and technical standards for IT and operational systems.
· Evaluate and advise on the feasibility of proposed future projects and technology investments.
The responsibilities and duties listed above are flexible and subject to change based on operational need.Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Experience
· At least ten (10) years’ of relevant experience
· A minimum of eight (8) years’ of experience in contingency contracting and/or in the management/use of contingency-related tools
Security Clearance Requirement
Candidate must have an active Secret clearance
Candidate must also possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
Other Required Skills and Abilities
· Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to think critically.
