Summary:
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously at various stages of development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Conducts and documents in-depth analysis of key business indicators, operating procedures, programs, promotions, processes and forecasts while providing recommendations to support tactical and strategic decision-making by senior management.
Utilizes firsthand observations, sophisticated analytical tools and basic modeling techniques to enhance revenue while optimizing expenses.
Studies include financial and labor management, internal and external reporting, budgeting, Customer Relationship Management, process improvement, and Return On Investment involving the following operations: Casino, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Food and Beverage, Hotel, Purchasing, Entertainment, and Player Development.
Uses Change Management techniques to assure a smooth transition to newly implemented concepts.
Provides direct support to the Director of Planning & Analysis and Executive Management.

Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Finance, Operations or Budget Analyst in a high volume organization or Casino.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and the ability to coordinate at all levels of the organization. Highly developed analytical and creative thinking skills a must.
Advanced experience with Excel and Word with general working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Database management knowledge preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
