ABOUT THE POSITION

The Compliance Data Analyst plays a key cross-functional role in ensuring the organization and its clients adhere to applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry best practices in information security and privacy. This position requires strong analytical skills as swell as an ability to communicate ideas visually, leveraging modern tolls and design principles to create impactful presentations.

The ideal candidate will be an articulate and persuasive communications with a capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset and positive attitude are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, matrixed organizational structure.

Core responsibilities involve evaluating the organization’s compliance practices through audits, developing and executing corrective action plans, and effectively conveying findings to stakeholders across all levels. This role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to present ideas visually, utilizing modern tools and design principles to craft compelling presentations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Visually communicate ideas and findings using modern tools and design principles.

Continuously assess internal operations and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with organizational standards.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish and refine best practices and compliance protocols.

Analyze, update, and track training related to compliance policies and related documentation.

Conduct routine audits to verify adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

Design and implement efficient record-keeping systems to support compliance activities.

Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to detect inconsistencies, trends, and potential compliance issues.

Requirements:

Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications.

Preferred: Masters Degree Business, Project Management, Communications.

Experience

Required: Minimum of three (3) years as a Business or Compliance Analyst in a regulated industry.

Licensure/Certification

Required: Microsoft Office Certifications (Power Point Specialist, Word (Intermediate) and Excel (Intermediate)) or certificates of completion of related programming from platforms including LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Coursera, and edX.

Detail-oriented with a passion for clear and creative communication.

Self-starter with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
