Design Tree Maintenance in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled full-time Tree Maintenance Tech to join our tree care team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Tree Maintenance Tech, your day will begin with organizing and planning the day's activities, followed by climbing trees to trim or remove them as necessary. You will interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Throughout the day, you will mentor and train crew members, sharing your expertise and promoting safe work practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed.

Here's what you need to become our Tree Maintenance Tech:

5+ years of experience on a tree crew

2+ years of experience as a Foreman

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Being an ISA Certified Tree Worker or ISA Certified Arborist is a huge plus!
