Job Description:
Enterprise Technology requires an individual with strong technical and program management skills to support 50+ media and events at Disney Parks and Resorts, other infrastructure operations, and telecommunication services. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to analyze and coordinate complex requirements for temporary events and orchestrate the delivery and operations of crucial technology services in support all of Parks and Resorts Lines of business.
The Telecom Support Analyst must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, make critical decisions under pressure, and can recognize patterns and conceptualizing opportunities to ensure technology needs are properly identified, provisioned and delivered.
This position will report to the Manager, Telecom Services.
Responsibilities
Holistically manage information and work streams, engage resources, validate requirements, and coordinate delivery
Responsible for analysis, facilitation, reporting and providing recommendations for process improvement, automation opportunities, and cost optimizing
Integration and onboarding of new services
Liaison with Telecom Teams for technology migrations
Facilitate fact-finding site walks with key stakeholders
On-site support and real-time reporting of Events across Walt Disney Word
Identify opportunities to enhance infrastructure to streamline current operational processes
Confidently interact with high level personnel, management, and executives from all segments of the Walt Disney Company and third-party vendor partners
Provide quotes, obtain WBS and/or Cost Centers, and ensuring billing activities are completed
Host/Present weekly meetings with internal Telecom partners and management
Facilitate training and maintenance of training material
Develop and foster relationships with other lines of business
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in the telecommunications Industry
Strong technical knowledge of Wi-Fi, telephony voice services, OMS printers, and LAN/WAN data networking
Ability to make critical decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven success collaborating with a range of partners while understanding multiple perspectives
Must be an excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills
High energy, strong work ethic, and flexibility of schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis to internal and external customers
Charismatic, dynamic and effective communicator, who can leverage influence without authority to meet high profile and dynamic objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Telecommunications and Events coordination experience
Infrastructure Operation Experience
