We are looking for skilled 2st shift CNC Machinists for our partners organization!
As a CNC Machine Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
Edit programs when necessary.
Perform tool offsets and material loading as required.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.
Critical Competencies for Success:
Ability to perform minor tool offsets and load materials into CNC machines.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision.
Willingness to troubleshoot and identify process improvements.
Ability to maintain equipment and keep machines running at optimal efficiency.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC Machining.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot processes.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.
