The Cardinal Health Pharma eCommerce team is looking for a Sr. Manager of Content Operations to lead the eCommerce content, assets and search efforts for Cardinal Health’s web ordering platforms and manage a team of up to six direct reports.
This individual oversees and drives business processes related to all aspects of the product content and assets and on-site search experience across Cardinal Health’s eCommerce ordering platforms. This individual is responsible for building our content creation and management processes and utilizing the PIM and DAM configurations to help drive scalable content creation efforts. They will collaborate cross-functionally with our master data management office, product and UX teams, digital marketing teams, sales, and IT partners to develop Cardinal Health's content strategies while delivering eCommerce revenue goals. Individual will have up to six direct reports who will help drive the content creation and search strategies across multiple eCommerce platforms. This person will drive the strategy an build for our multi platform digital transformation while managing the day to day deliverables for content, asset and search. Individual will report to Director of eCommerce Operations, Marketing and Analytics.
Responsibilities
Content Management & Search Experience
Manages Cardinal Health's eCommerce product catalog that is shared and transmitted to our various ordering platforms. Responsible for catalog accuracy and completeness.
Utilizes multiple iterations of Cardinal Health’s PIM (Product Information Management) system.
Owns the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system and manages DAM product owner
Manages content creation team (copywriting, asset management) identifying and standardizing key content areas to enable scalability of content production efforts across multiple platforms.
Manages search operations team, ensuring search strategy delivers a best-in-class customer experience while meeting business needs and priorities (navigation, URL and directory structure, on-site SEO)
Leverages best-in-class tools to measure and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of digital product management and search strategy; ensures the shelves on our various ordering platforms are accurately representing our product assortment, as well as being optimized for search placement/findability and purchase conversion.
Manages relationships with technology vendor partners supporting content management (solution setup and integration, regular business reviews) and identifies new vendor opportunities and business needs as they emerge.
Identifies and drives catalog management process improvements with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, and trains relevant teams as need.
Participates in thought leadership efforts and helps define landscape for healthcare digital catalog shelf management.
Creates and builds the strategy for our digital transformation, defining milestones, build deliverables and testing for the content, asset and search team.
eCommerce Partnership
Partners with Sales and Product teams to ensure Cardinal Health’s assortment is accurately represented and managed on eCommerce sites ("digital shelf management") in areas of keywords, onsite search optimization and taxonomy.
Partners with Master Data Management office and cross-functional partners to establish content management governance and optimizes and standardizes content requirements within the Master Database and PIM iterations.
Partners with Legal and Regulatory teams to identify required attributes and develop review and approval process.
Manage and contribute to various cross-functional projects that focus on driving eCommerce product findability and sales performance.
eCommerce Leadership
Contribute to the shaping and implementation of our eCommerce strategy through collaboration with various functional teams across the organization, including key stakeholders in Sales, IT, Finance, Product and external partners.
Champions the customer experience and is responsible for creating and presenting business cases to partners and leaders
Manage, mentor and grow content creation (copywriting, asset management) and search operations team
Performs additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
4+ years experience in eCommerce with a strong track record working in the ecommerce/digital space. highly preferred
Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience. preferred
Adept at identifying and activating product attributes and asset metadata to drive product placement and SEO.
Collaborative and able to work closely and effectively with a variety of functions and businesses.
Demonstrated diligence and ability to follow through on all commitments (internal and external stakeholders).
Excellent written and oral communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong background in and understanding of technology and eCommerce.
Ability to work well across the organization and with 3rd parties.
Digital transformation experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with direct report experience preferred
Ability to manage teams while driving timelines and creating content, asset and search strategies
Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Outlook.

Anticipated hourly range: $105,100.00 - 151,700.00
