Work Schedule for a Success Academy Program Manager

This position works with our Success Academy Specialists Monday through Friday providing support, coaching, and training to ensure the JAG model components are implemented.

A Day in the Life of a Success Academy Program Manager

A Success Academy Program Manager works with Success Academy Specialists to ensure the JAG model is successfully impacting the students within the Success Academy Program. This individual identifies and implements best practices and strategies for Success Academy Programs to increase services to system-involved youth and manages and supports Success Academy Program staff including training, monitoring, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating and discipline in accordance with the JAG-K policies, and procedures. The Success Academy Program Manager is responsible for conducting monthly staff observations, regular coaching and feedback, and collects, reviews, and analyzes data to drive decisions to support continuous improvement of JAG-K programming.

Qualifications for a Success Academy Program Manager

Do you have a Bachelor's degree? Do you have 2 years of experience in education, leadership, or work skills? Do you have 1 year of previous supervisory and/or leadership experience?
