ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define data requirements and architecture for AI solutions.

Collaborate with data engineers from the program delivery to ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility.

Guide the selection of algorithms and evaluate model performance.

Recommend AI improvements for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

Work with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.

Present architectural decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies.

Implement explainability, fairness, and bias mitigation strategies

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Architect end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring

Select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker).

Integrate AI models into existing enterprise systems and workflows.

Ensure interoperability with APIs, databases, and third-party services.

Stay current with AI trends and emerging technologies.

Prototype and test new AI capabilities to assess feasibility and value.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Business proposal development with emphasis on AI/ML

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's in computer science and/or relevant disciplines.
