Salary: $110,000 - $290,000 DOE

Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly-skilled AI / ML / Quantum Computing Analyst to support advanced research and development on the NOVASTAR 3IAS Analysis Support program. In this critical role, you will leverage expertise across artificial intelligence, machine learning, and quantum computing disciplines to drive innovation in mission-critical solutions for the United States Air Force's premier technical intelligence center. Key Responsibilities
• Develop, integrate, and optimize AI/ML algorithms and tools to enhance national security analysis.
• Research and assess quantum computing architectures to identify novel solutions for computational challenges.
• Design and evaluate predictive models and neural networks to enhance decision-making processes.
• Support the evaluation and deployment of quantum-resistant algorithms and other advanced computing techniques.
• Conduct performance benchmarking and scalability analyses on prototype AI/ML/quantum solutions.
• Interface closely with other teams (systems engineering, data engineering, and cybersecurity) to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership and customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI/ML/quantum computing trends and technologies. Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, and/or quantum computing research and implementation.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8570 Level II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Relevant computing environment certification (e.g. Azure, AWS, or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Desired Skills
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with quantum programming (e.g. Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum hardware architectures.
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience in big data analytics, high-performance computing, and distributed architectures.
