Oracle Fusion Financials Lead with Security Clearance

Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Baer is looking for Oracle Fusion Financials Lead for a long term project located in Oak Ridge, TN Title:Oracle Fusion Financials Lead Location:Hybrid - 40-50% travel to Oak Ridge, TN Duration:4 tracks, 30-month timeframe based on scope- 2 weeks to onboard.

Initial 3-4 months discovery phase Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Description: Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions Design and configure modules such as General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Provide hands-on leadership through all project phases, including system design, testing, training, and deployment Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function Support integration with Accounting Hub and other Oracle ERP Cloud modules Requirements: 8+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations Deep expertise in General Ledger and familiarity with AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting Strong knowledge of both federal and commercial ERP/financial business processes Experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Proven ability to lead complex implementations and cross-functional teams Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle ERP Cloud modules Public Trust Security Clearance isthe lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
