What You’ll Learn & Do

As an Assistant Manager Trainee, your responsibilities will prepare you for future leadership:

Represent national clients at local retail activations and promotional events

Learn customer engagement and direct sales fundamentals

Set the tone for your team with professionalism, reliability, and a service-first mindset

Participate in leadership training, business workshops, and coaching sessions

Previous customer service or leadership experience is a plus—but not required
