Interior Designer/Sales Consultant

Liddon Furniture in Dothan, Al has an immediate opening for an Interior Designer/Sales Consultant. Liddon Furniture has been providing quality furniture and home decor to the Wiregrass area for over 20 years. If you are a motivated individual with experience in interior design and sales with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.This position offers a competitive pay range between $23-$27 per hour plus additional bonus potential. You will also enjoy the benefits of a 4% match on 401K, major holidays and paid vacation time as well as 32 hours sick time. This position works a Monday-Friday schedule from 9am-5:30 and Saturdays from 9am-4:00. You will receive one day off during the week as well as a guarantee of one Saturday and one Monday off per month. Duties:

Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budget.

Create and present design concepts and furniture selection.

Provide guidance on material selection, finishes, and fixtures to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.

Assist clients in selecting and purchasing furniture, accessories, and décor items.

Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in interior design.

Participate in inventory management within store

Price merchandise

Coordinate with clients and delivery team for smooth delivery of product

Accurately accept and process payments Requirements:

Proven experience as an Interior Designer or High-End Sales role or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or similar field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Industry design software experience preferred.

Must have basic computer skills

Previous experience with social media marketing preferred.
