Position Summary
NYU Tel Aviv (a branch of New York University) is looking for a Program Assistant to provide financial, operational, and administrative support for our academic and student activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Support: Managing purchases and orders, preparing payments, negotiating with suppliers, contract management and operation, budget reporting, and petty cash management.
Operational & Administrative Support: General office management and event operation.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
1-2 years of experience in finance/administration (e.g., invoice review, payment preparation).
Highly proficient in English and Hebrew (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
Thoroughness, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Technical orientation.
Previous experience working in a multicultural organization is an advantage.
Additional Information
