About The Department · The IT Department is responsible for managing and supporting all technology systems within MRH.
Its primary goal is to ensure the secure, efficient, and compliant operation of digital infrastructure that supports clinical, administrative, and operational functions.
The department works closely with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflows, integrate new technologies, manage data analytics, and support decision-making processes.
It also oversees software updates, cybersecurity measures, system interoperability, and the procurement of IT equipment and services.
About The Career: · This position will be responsible for the implementation and on-going support, training, and updating of the hospital EHR systems.
Depending on the area this position is supporting the person performing that function should have experience with one of the following physicians, nursing, ancillary (lab, pharmacy, radiology, or HIM), Registration, or Business Office.
All About You: · Associates degree required bachelor's degree preferred.
· Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems required.
· 2-3 years' experience in the healthcare field, application experience including multi-application dictionary build, maintenance, troubleshooting and end-user support, knowledge of interfaces helpful but not required.
· Ability to analyze and recommendations on projects · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare information technologies.
· Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant laws and regulations.
