Lead Engineer - Integration

We’re seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Integrations Engineering team, reporting directly to the Head of Product. This team is at the heart of scaling our core data connectivity solutions, supporting key use cases like account setup, verification, and financial insights. You'll be actively coding while helping shape the direction and priorities of your team. As a leader, you'll mentor and grow your engineers, ensuring that the systems you own are secure, performant, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute code daily to improve and expand our connectivity infrastructure and partnership integrations.

Lead and support a high-performing team of engineers by promoting ownership, collaboration, and impact.

Work closely with Product leadership to define and influence the roadmap.

Prioritize team efforts to align with broader company goals.

Invest in team development through coaching, career planning, and strategic hiring.

Take full accountability for the outcomes and success of your team.

Champion a strong engineering culture that values excellence, reliability, and innovation.

Proactively identify talent needs and help recruit top-tier engineering professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

Expert-level proficiency in Python

Deep familiarity with authentication flows, login systems, SSO, and bot detection

Proven ability to ship impactful products that drive business outcomes

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Collaborative mindset and eagerness to build great things as a team

Willingness to work in-person at our NYC office three days a week
