About the Role

A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join its Diagnostics Group, specializing in building enclosure systems. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects involving design, assessment, and restoration of building envelopes across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage enclosure diagnostics and design projects from concept through construction.

Design new enclosure systems and develop repair strategies for existing assemblies.

Conduct performance assessments for air, water, thermal, and vapor control.

Perform field investigations, including water leakage testing and non-destructive evaluations.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to develop high-performance solutions.

Prepare technical reports, proposals, and construction documents.

Oversee construction-phase services including site observations and quality assurance testing.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in building enclosure design, review, and diagnostics (9+ years for Senior PM level).

Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license required.

Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture with a focus on Building Science or Historic Preservation.

Proficiency in CADD and building performance modeling software.

Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
