Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Support
Assist in the rollout and communication of partner program updates.
Maintain program documentation, assets, and partner communications.
Monitor program compliance and ensure partners meet necessary requirements.
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
Support partner onboarding activities and help manage access to enablement tools and content.
Track certification progress and work with Enablement Team on campaigns to grow Partner Capability.
Ensure smooth partner experience across onboarding and lifecycle processes.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Assist with tracking program KPIs and generating regular reports for internal stakeholders.
Support data analysis on partner performance, engagement, and feedback.
Use data to recommend improvements to partner processes and tools.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to support program execution.
Coordinate campaign activities or program initiatives with regional teams.
Help maintain alignment between global strategy and regional needs.
Education / Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in partner/channel operations, program coordination, or partner marketing.
Familiarity with Partner ecosystems in technology or software industry.
