Job Title: Financial Controller

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000

As Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management across the US, while also supporting operations in Brazil and future expansion across the region. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate reporting, ensuring compliance, strengthening financial controls, and driving continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end financial operations, including management reporting, compliance, billing, credit control, cash management, accounts payable and expenses.

Produce timely and insightful management accounts, variance analysis and KPI reporting.

Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Act as a trusted partner to regional leadership, providing clear financial insight to support commercial decision-making.

Lead process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance working capital management.

Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team with a strong culture of accountability and service delivery.

Support growth initiatives such as M&A activity, new market entry, and system enhancements.

About You:

Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

In-depth knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with international accounting standards preferred.

Comfortable working in a regulated, multi-currency environment.

Strong financial leadership experience, ideally managing multi-entity, international operations.

Proven experience navigating financial complexity across multiple regions.

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

Experience supporting operations in Latin America or other international markets is a plus.

Knowledge of Workday or similar financial systems is desirable.
