Warehouse Order Selector/ Order Puller/ Picker & Packer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

We're seeking a driven and meticulous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Implement and monitor effective inventory management techniques to maintain accuracy and integrity.

Ensure safety and efficiency in all warehouse activities.

Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.

Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.

Manage stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.

Use associated WMS to optimize picking and storage processes and maintain real-time data.

Handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring efficient space utilization and compliance with all shipping regulations.

Develop expertise in LTL shipping strategies to optimize freight movements and costs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager or similar role for at least 3 years.

Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices, including detailed knowledge of WMS.

Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Hands-on experience with WMS software and databases.

Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound LTL shipments.

Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage staff.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
