We’re searching for a hands-on, strategic finance leader to support manufacturing operations at a global organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as a trusted business partner to operations and supply chain leaders, helping to drive efficiency, optimize cost structures, and guide long-range planning through robust financial analysis.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong experience in standard costing and operational finance who enjoys being close to the plant floor, but also has the communication skills to present to senior leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing and distribution operations
Provide decision support for capital investments, cost-saving initiatives, and business planning
Manage and present operational KPIs and monthly performance updates
Oversee cost structure analysis, including labor, materials, and overhead
Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy, DSI tracking, and indirect costs
Lead the annual standard cost revaluation and variance analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, costing strategy, and continuous improvement
Manage and mentor a small team while promoting cross-training and professional development
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus)
5+ years of experience in operational finance within a manufacturing environment
Expertise in standard costing, financial modeling, and capital investment analysis
Strong communication and leadership skills
Advanced Excel and solid SAP or ERP experience
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multiple departments
