Azure DevOps Engineer

I am working with a confidential client known for delivering modern tech solutions to support high-impact digital transformation projects across both public and private sectors. They're actively looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to support their infrastructure and pipeline modernization initiatives.

Details:

1 year Contract with scope to renew yearly

Pay Rate: $60 - $80 per hour

Harrisburg, PA (Remote - Occasional onsite required monthly)

Your Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform for scalable and repeatable deployments

Manage and optimize a variety of Azure services such as App Services, VNets, Storage Accounts, AKS/Kubernetes, and Key Vaults

Script and automate tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Python

Support containerized applications and orchestration platforms

Mandatory Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience focused on Microsoft Azure environments

5+ years of experience with Terraform

5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps

5+ years of experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python

3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Good to Haves:

Relevant Azure certifications

Background in Computer Science or similar field (or equivalent experience)

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware
