What You'll Do:

Develop and execute strategic growth plans

Secure and manage new light industrial business accounts

Build long-term client partnerships with customized staffing solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery

What You Bring:

Business development experience in staffing or light industrial services

A strong network and relationship-building expertise

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting sales goals

Bachelor’s degree (preferred); digital marketing knowledge is a bonus
