1st Shift CNC Lathe Machinist

Job Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident with lathe setups, editing programs using Fanuc controls, and preferably experienced with 4 to 5-axis machining. Having your own tools is a must.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Saturday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (occasional/as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes

Perform machine setup and tool changes

Edit programs at the machine (Fanuc controls)

Work with 4 and 5-axis CNC lathes (experience preferred)

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

Maintain clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist

Proficient in Fanuc controls and 4 and 5-axis machining (preferred)

Strong setup and programming edit skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Must have your own tools
