The Receptionist/Office Coordinator is the face of our agency, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. This position ensures smooth daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office resources, and maintaining a welcoming environment aligned with our agency's values of humanity, growth-oriented, innovation, and high-quality service.

Front Desk Operations
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory and placing orders as needed.
Support the team with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between office staff, vendors, and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating office setup and providing orientation materials.
Handle general inquiries about agency services, directing complex questions to appropriate team members.
Agency Alignment
Uphold and promote the agency's mission to deliver exceptional care and create a positive impact within the community.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
