What You’ll Do:

Loading metal rods into machines (requires bending, lifting, and standing)

Operating packaging machines and labeling systems

Working in a cleanroom environment to package medical devices

Moving products to quality control for inspection

Supporting a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing process

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts

Comfortable in a loud, busy, and sometimes dirty environment

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Willingness to be cross-trained and grow with the team

Location:

This is a fully on-site position in Monument, Colorado.

Shifts & Pay:

1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM $17.00/hr

2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM $18.70/hr (10% shift differential)

3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM $19.55/hr (15% shift differential)

PLUS: Get a $3.00/hour raise after just 3 months!

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
