Job Description
We’re in the final stretch of our D365 Business Central implementation, and we’re looking for a hands-on ERP Analyst/Developer to help us cross the finish line and then take us even further. If you have experience with D365 BC, know your way around system customizations and integrations, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to make systems run smarter, smoother, and faster, we’d love to talk.
This role will focus on supporting and improving our ERP environment, working directly with teams in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service. You'll help resolve implementation challenges, fine-tune performance, and keep the system growing with our business.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with users across the business to gather requirements and translate them into smart ERP solutions
Develop customizations, reports, and extensions in D365 BC using AL
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for ERP users
Administer the system, including managing security groups and permission sets
Build and maintain integrations between D365 BC and other platforms like our HRIS, CRM, and QMS
Create clear documentation and training materials for both technical and non-technical users
Look for opportunities to automate and streamline workflows
Support future enhancements, module rollouts, and process changes
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related—or equivalent work experience
3+ years of ERP experience, with at least 2 years hands-on in D365 BC or Dynamics NAV
Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance operations
Strong skills in AL development, extensions, and Microsoft Report Builder
Comfort working with SQL databases and basic reporting tools (e.g., Power Reports)
Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Strong communication, documentation, and follow-through
