JOB OVERVIEW:
Wire 3 is seeking a Campaign Strategist at the manager level to lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand visibility. This role will serve as the bridge between strategy and execution, owning campaign planning from request through performance analysis. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft high-impact, locally relevant campaigns that scale across markets and are results driven.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Strategy
Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies to support new market launches, product
promotions, brand initiatives, and competitively saturated areas
Create campaign briefs that align with business objectives, target audience insights, and local market
dynamics
Partner closely with sales, events, operations, and research and development to ensure campaigns are
cross-functionally aligned
Develop and maintain a yearly campaign calendar and plan
Execution & Coordination
Oversee campaign timelines, asset development, and internal reviews to ensure smooth market delivery
for presentation and consistency
Coordinate messaging across multiple channels for cohesive execution
Manage third-party vendors/partners involved in campaign delivery, including local media outlets
Communicate campaign initiatives and processes interdepartmentally, ensuring the correct stakeholders
are knowledgeable in public facing messaging
Measurement & Optimization
Track and report on key campaign metrics such as impressions, quantity of leads generated, conversion
rates, and ROI/OKR
Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization, advanced
testing, and market theory
Refine targeting strategies based on market feedback and campaign performance trends
Team & Process
Serve as a subject matter expert on campaign strategy within the marketing team
Contribute to the development of campaign planning tools, documentations, reporting, and processes/automations to improve scalability, functionality, and efficiency
Mentor junior marketing team members involved in supporting campaign execution
Standardize area specific marketing requests and campaign launch processes from start to finish
This role may require stepping beyond core responsibilities to support broader initiatives and cross-functional requests.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, CRM (HubSpot), billing platforms, and project
management tools
Experience establishing and enforcing brand standards and consistency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion with measurable results
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
Preferred
Continued studies or completion of a graduate degree in a related field
Experience in B2C and B2B fiber internet sales in high-growth startup environments
Experience supporting marketing attribution models
Proven track record of training team members and
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2+ years focused on campaign management or strategic market planning
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Most work performed in a climate-controlled office environment
This can be performed remotely with occasional travel to Rochester, NY and Longwood, Florida offices.
