Key Responsibilities
Manage executives' schedules and appointments
Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning
Prepare and organize documents and presentations
Handle incoming and outgoing communications
Maintain filing systems and office organization
Support project management by tracking deadlines
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
