Job Title: Systems Developer
HBITS Task Order: HBITS-06-14125
Agency: Office of Children & Family Services
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid – 50% bi-weekly)
Rate: Depends on experience
Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative supporting the Child Fatality Review and Prevention (CFRP) application. Candidates should be experienced in .NET technologies, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microsoft reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements
Develop and maintain .NET applications
Conduct unit testing and resolve bugs
Create Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures and triggers
Respond to client data requests
Collaborate with the Project Manager
Participate in secure system enhancements and migrations
Integrate with SharePoint and CONNECTIONS
Maintain application compliance and reporting
Ensure database upgrades and security integrations
Qualifications:
7 years of experience with .NET (4.7+) and MVC
7 years of experience with Web Services/WCF
7 years of PL/SQL in Oracle
6 years of SSRS reporting development
6 years of SQL and relational database design
5 years of CI/CD using Azure DevOps or similar tools
Bachelor’s Degree
