Lead and grow the geotechnical engineering department

Oversee land development and municipal engineering services

Manage structural, transportation, geotechnical, surveying, construction inspection, and other kinds of projects

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

Bachelor's degree in geology or civil engineering (ABET-accredited program)

Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey

12+ years of experience in planning, implementing, and managing large-scale sub-surface investigation programs

Experience with foundation design, soil stability analysis, and related lab testing, contract preparation, and project management responsibilities

Business development and client relationship experience

Strong communication, data management, and technical writing skills

Valid driver's license
