Job Title: Systems Developer – Expert
HBITS Task Order: HBITS-06-14134
Agency: Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS)
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid – 50% Onsite)
Rate: Depends on experience
Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative to rewrite the Facility Application Management System using ASP.Net MVC and PL/SQL on Oracle.
Responsibilities:
Develop new system modules in .NET MVC
Execute VB.Net coding and testing
Write complex PL/SQL procedures
Support data request handling
Collaborate with BA and follow directives from technical leads
Qualifications:
7 years of experience developing N-Tier .NET web applications
6 years of experience writing PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers
5 years of experience using Model View Controller (MVC)
3 years of experience with C#
3 years of experience with SQL Server databases
Bachelor’s Degree
