Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and emails from customers and other team members.
Clearly and concisely relay information to/from customers and team members.
Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot proprietary software.
Assist team with testing of software and other development projects.
Input data for tracking of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other support technicians, and leadership, to provide an exemplary customer support experience.
Assist with internal IT Projects.
In order to be successful at our company as a Customer Support Technician you must possess the following:
Experience working with Windows based Operating Systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem Solving Skills
Time Management Skills
A Positive Attitude
Experience with SQL (MSSQL/MySQL/MariaDB) is a plus
Degree in Computer Science or other technical field is preferred but not required
