Key Responsibilities
The Outside Sales Representative will support the Equipment Sales and Leasing divisions by:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conducting in-person meetings with clients to present products and address needs
Researching and qualifying new sales prospects to grow your book of business
Understanding customers’ operational goals to deliver tailored solutions
Staying informed about market conditions and competitive offerings
Creating and executing business plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
Working with internal departments and external partners (e.g., lenders, suppliers) to close deals
Accurately reporting activities and progress in CRM and during weekly sales meetings
Contributing to a collaborative and performance-driven team culture
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong internal motivation and drive to achieve results
Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Background in transportation equipment or related B2B sales experience
