Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for: managing the warehouse employees, monitoring the supplier portals for several suppliers, loading and unloading products, ensuring shipments are sent and received, and assisting with inventory and validating completeness of day-to-day tasks.

Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations

Supervise and Train Warehouse Staff

Enforce Safety Standards and Compliance

Manage Inventory Control and Accuracy

Coordinate Inbound and Outbound Shipments

Optimize Warehouse Layout and Workflow

Maintain Equipment and Facility Standards

Handle Scheduling and Labor Allocation

Resolve Operational Issues and Escalations

Communicate with Internal Teams and Vendors / Staffing agencies

Ensure Timely Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Implement Process Improvements and Cost Controls

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft

Experience with OEM's preferred

Experience in warehouse responsibilities such as: loading and unload product using a fork lift

Inventory Control

supervision experience

ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Valid drivers' license

Experience:

Warehouse: 2 years (Required)

Shipping and Receiving Systems management- 2 years
