Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing critical vehicle operations and administrative processes that support internal departments and external dealer networks. Key responsibilities include administering the HDMC COV Auction, coordinating COV motorcycle orders for stakeholders such as Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance, and processing no-charge vehicles and manual billing transactions. The position also oversees VIN structure documentation for regulatory agencies, manages hang tag data with third-party suppliers, and serves as the primary contact for Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) and registration-related matters, including demo and sweepstakes vehicles.

Additionally, the role supports dealer communications through H-DNet publishing, maintains annual dealer pricing files, and ensures accuracy in Sales and Warranty Registration (SWR) records. As the data feed owner for the Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC), the individual ensures timely and accurate reporting. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organizational awareness, and the ability to work independently with high-level cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in SAP, financial systems (including Arriba), and a demonstrated understanding of process improvement are essential.

Job Responsibilities

Administer HDMC COV Auction. Including posting descriptions and dealer wholesale invoicing

COV bike ordering and processing for key stakeholders including Engineering, Marketing, Compliance (COP)

No Charge vehicle processing

Manual Billing credits and debits

Manage VIN structure documentation to key government agencies JD Power, MIC, NHTSA, NICB (National Insurance Crime Bureau)

Hang Tag Data management to third party supplier

Team H-DNet Publisher – Dealer Communications

Annual dealer pricing files

Sales and Warranty Registration (SWR) corrections for retail records

Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC)data feed owner

Registration expert – handles demo registrations, sweepstakes programs and other non-standard situations

Reconsignments from dealers– including closures and warranty buy backs

Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) business contact

Attention to detail

SAP knowledge

Demonstrated process improvement understanding

Able to function independently with high level cross functional stakeholders both company internal and external

Financial systems understanding – Manual Billing, SAP invoice processing, Arriba purchasing

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience Requirements

Required

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience

Demonstrate a level of communication and interpersonal skills that enables effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Advanced skills in the current office applications primarily Excel with Access or similar database preferred

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
