CNC Machinist

Job Description

Our manufacturing client has immediate hiring needs for skilled CNC Machinists to join their dynamic manufacturing team on 2nd shift.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, programming, and the ability to read blueprints effectively.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC horizontal and vertical machines,

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.

Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality control.

Experience

High School diploma or graduation from a certified technical school

3-5 years prior CNC Machining experience

Experience machining medium to heavy plate fabrications

Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting blue prints,

Basic math skills are required for accurate measurements and calculations.Company Description
