Job: Class B Truck Driver Shift: 1st, 6:15am - until route is complete (M-F) Pay: $24+ Job Description: The Class B Driver is responsible for following schedules and instructions to maintain a real time flow through the shipping and receiving areas in the plant. Identifying issues with their direct customers and reporting those issues to management will also be expected. Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Proper tagging of all incoming orders in real time

Verify packaging is suitable prior to shipping

Loading & unloading trucks as needed

Ensure plant organization & cleanliness

Able to drive any Class B truck

Ability and willingness to learn any of the Class B routes Truck Responsibilities

Keep updated maintenance on truck

Oil changes

Preventative maintenance

Overall cleanliness of truck, inside and outside

Fill out daily pre-trip inspection

Navigation of trucks safely on daily route

Individual to maintain their shipper queue daily

Fill out trip report log if your truck has IFTA plates Procedures

Receiving procedure 72-01

Shipping procedure 75-06-01

Tagging Procedure

Transfer Procedure Customer Service

Deliver and pick up orders on time to exceed customers' expectations

Show courtesy, kindness, respect, & patience with all customers

Help customer to the best of your ability-if unable to assist have them contact customer service

Remain aware of overnight orders for their customers & ask production if they are not done to ensure orders make delivery times.

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Forklift certification

Class B license required

Current Fed Med Card required

MUST be able to drive split shift manual transmission

Route driving experience preferred

Fed Med card and Interstate accepted

Understand Bluestreak & Microsoft Office software & use it efficiently

Basic knowledge of Southeastern Wisconsin's roadways

Fluent in English (speaking, writing, & reading)

Basic computer skills

Basic math knowledge
