Job Overview:

The Assistant Studio Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of the studio, supporting the Studio Manager in overseeing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone passionate about wellness, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Sales

Provide exceptional hospitality to all guests, creating a warm and professional environment

Assist guests with check-ins, memberships, retail sales, and service inquiries

Promote studio memberships and educate guests on sauna benefits

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

Operations & Management

Support daily studio operations, including opening/closing duties, cleanliness, and maintenance

Ensure sauna suites and lobby are always clean, stocked, and presentable

Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of retail and studio supplies

Manage and troubleshoot studio systems (booking software, POS, etc.)

Team Leadership

Help train, mentor, and support the front desk and studio staff

Assist in creating team schedules and ensuring adequate coverage

Lead by example through consistent professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic

Marketing & Community Engagement

Support local marketing efforts, and community partnerships

Participate in special events and promotions to drive guest engagement

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a customer service or wellness/hospitality environment

Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred

Passion for sales & strong sales background preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for health, wellness, and creating a positive team culture

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends
