Currently, we have an Order Processor opportunity with a leading national title and settlement services provider. The Order Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Intake, image, sort, and ship documents received via mail or email with a high level of speed and accuracy.

Provide timely and professional email correspondence with client contacts to build and maintain strong relationships.

Troubleshoot and research document issues to prevent delays in meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Respond to and process email orders with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Run, review, and maintain internal, external, and supplemental reports.

Track computer orders, including both manually entered and system-generated orders.

Review, correct, and ensure the accuracy of submitted and processed documentation.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, customer service, or processing.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ability to quickly learn and navigate data entry systems and internal platforms.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic math and data interpretation skills.
