Job Description

Match Staffing has partnered with a family-owned company in Spartanburg. They are looking for a batcher/material handler. This is a temp to perm position Monday - Thursday 6am to 4:30pm. Please submit your resume to be considered for this position.

Job Skills Required:

Ability to stand for an entire shift

Ensure established housekeeping standards are met in work area

Ensure a safe working environment by following safety procedures

Ability to communicate in a positive manner

Ability to follow specific instructions correctly

Must be flexible in terms of duties, overtime, etc…

Must be able to consistently lift up to 40 lbs.

Must be comfortable with basic computer functions including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.

Must be able to score an 80 or above on the Compounding/Batcher test in order to be considered

Job Duties:

Initiate completion of designated production schedule as assigned by supervisor

Identify and locate materials needed to complete an assigned work order

Accurately fill and record the materials used to finish a work order

Follow cleaning procedures necessary to maintain fragrance consistency

Complete paperwork required for submission of fragrance/vermiculite samples

Notify supervisor of any issues related to completion of a work order

Support day to day tasks of Mixing/Compounding team leader as required

Fulfill any other responsibilities given by supervisor
