Adult Day Program Driver

Job Description

Agape Care is looking for motivated and caring individuals to fill a transportation role in our Adult Day program and provide transportation, support and services to those with developmental disabilities.

STAFF MUST HAVE:

CURRENT CPR /FIRST AID CERTIFICATION ( CAN BE OBTAINED AFTER HIRED)

CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (MUST PROVIDE A CURRENT DRIVER ABSTRACT)

PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE

SCHEDULE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

ADULT DAY PROGRAM IS LOCATED IN DUBLIN, OHIO

Monday- Friday ONLY (NO Evenings, NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holidays)

6:30am-9:00am (depending on traffic) - TRANSPORTING CONSUMERS FROM THEIR HOMES TO THE DAY PROGRAM

3:00pm-6:00pm (depending on traffic) - TRANSPORTING CONSUMERS FROM THE DAY PROGRAM BACK TO THEIR HOMES

Other staff responsibilities include but are not limited to:

daily transportation of consumers with developmental disabilities to/from our adult day program

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
