Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen, with a strong background in refined, high-end cuisine.

Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team. Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Menu Development & Innovation: Develop seasonal menus, create innovative dishes, and ensure consistency in presentation and taste.

Cost Control & Budgeting: Oversee food cost, portion control, and inventory management to maintain profitability while upholding quality.

Ordering & Receiving: Manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and quality control of all ingredients.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all kitchen operations comply with local health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food handling protocols.

Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of skill in butchery, advanced cooking techniques, and plating.
