What You’ll Do:

Deliver financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Drive insights on cost trends, margin performance, and KPIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making

Support budgeting, long-range planning, and continuous improvement

Present findings to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing

Strong Excel & data visualization skills (Power BI a plus)

Experience partnering across departments

Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA/CMA/CPA is a plus
